Beardfish  nous propose des œuvres originales, ambitieuses, et personnelles,
d'inspiration à la fois seventies et actuelle, avec une grande variété
de styles : symphonique, rock, pop, heavy, psyché ou jazzy,
la palette d'influences est très large : Zappa , Led Zeppelin , Deep Purple ,
Camel , King Crimson , VDGG , Gentle Giant , Focus , Genesis ,
Soft Machine , Flasket Brinner ... Des compositions aux mélodies soignées,
dominées par un chant expressif et théâtral , un orgue Hammond flamboyant
et une guitare électrique agile, et de très beaux passages instrumentaux.
Outre la coloration vintage du son, on notera également l’expressivité
du chant qui apporte une dimension émotive indéniable aux compositions.
Les pièces sont complexes dans leur structure mais relativement
accessibles car très bien arrangées et cohérentes.
Voilà un nouveau groupe Incontournable !!!
