Black Sabbath  est l'un des groupes fondateurs du heavy metal.
Inventeur du riff lourd et lugubre parfaitement en phase avec son style
« satanique », ou considéré comme tel, le groupe devait beaucoup au jeu
de guitare développé par  Tony Iommi . Il reste une influence dominante
dans le metal qu'il a contribué à créer, juste derriere  Led Zeppelin .
