Cheer-Accident  est un est un groupe légendaire pour tout amateur de rock
bancal et indéfinissable, il est mené par le pianiste  Thymme Jones , figure emblématique de la scène de Chicago. La base de  Cheer-Accident  est un
trio ( voix-claviers-trompette-guitare, basse et batterie ), depuis plus de vingt ans, ils distillent un rock très créatif, qu'ils réinventent sans cesse afin de surprendre leur public. Une musique plutôt bigarrée, qui lorgne vers le
prog rock, le post rock, free Jazz, l’improvisation, le théâtre, l’opéra-rock,
plutôt intellectualisé dans sa conception, avec un petit côté déglingué,
elle nécessitera de nombreuses écoutes pour se l'appropriée,
mais ceux qui auront pris le temps d’y jeter une oreille patiente
sentiront à coup sûr le charisme particulier de ce groupe !
