Dare  est un groupe mené par le compositeur interprète chanteur claviériste
et producteur, Darren Wharton . Notre homme a joué des claviers dans le
groupe  Thin Lizzy  de 1980 à 1983. En 1988 il propose son premier opus
" Out Of The Silence ", un petit bijoux du hard mélodique, un sublime album
de rock inspiré, mélancolique et enivrant ou la voix de  Darren  vous prend
aux tripes. En 1991 sort le second album " Blood From Stone ", plus nerveux
et plus vif que le précédent. Après un long silence le groupe se reforme est
sort en 1998 " Calm Before The Storm ", le son est redevenu plus calme
que sur " Blood From Stone ", et les mélodies sont plutôt mélancoliques.
En 2001 le groupe sort " Belief " qui continue dans la même direction
musicale, les mélodies sont même encore plus mélancoliques, suivent en
2004 " Beneath The Shining Water " et " Arc Of The Dawn " en 2009.
Darren Wharton , un fantastique artiste que je vous invite a découvrir
rapidement si vous n'avez pas encore écouté son univers musical !
