Simon Dupree and the Big Sound  était un groupe britannique de pop
formé par trois frères, Derek Shulman (chant), Phil Shulman (chant,
saxophone, trompette) et  Ray Shulman (guitare, violon, trompette, chant).
Il se dissout en 1969; les trois frères  Shulman  fondèrent alors le groupe
de rock progressif  Gentle Giant .
