PBII est formé autour de trois membres du défunt  Plackband , 
groupe oeuvrant dans le néo-progressif. " 1000 Wishes " est un concept-album,
un opéra rock tiré du livre "Eric en het land van duizend wensen" qui raconte
l'histoire du petit garçon prénommé Eric qui se bat contre le cancer.
Interprété entre autre par  Hofstads Youth Orchestra ,
la soprano  Nathalie  Mees  et le guitariste  Steve  Hackett .
