Gert Emmens est une valeur sure dans le monde de la musique
électronique avec des albums d'une qualité sonore exceptionnelle,
une musique cosmique, hypnotique, aux belles structures
harmonieuses et aux séquences en constantes mutations, avec ses
claviers aux somptueux arpèges, un univers musical à la fois
progressif et mélodieux, un monde éclectique, étrange, rappelant étrangement l’univers métamorphique d'un Tangerine Dream .
" Memories " (2013) est un projet rock progressif du multi-instrumentiste
qui vient en supplément de ses projets de musiques électroniques.
Un rock progressif aux influences 70's, allant de Camel à Genesis ,
Steve Hackett , Allan Holdsworth et une touche de fusion.
Gert Emmens qui possède de solides compétences en tant que compositeur, arrangeur, producteur et claviériste, ici dans un style
proche de Wakeman , Nick Magnus & Patrick Moraz , une musique
qui plaira à tous ceux qui aiment les belles mélodies jouées aux claviers !
